Job Summary Specialization:  General Orthopaedic Surgeon or Foot and Ankle Specialty. Location:  Mankato, Minnesota (see “Where We Are” for details) Qualification:  Must have completed a residency program prior to starting.  Fellowship optional. Must be licensed to practice in Minnesota or in the process of obtaining licensure. Wages / Salary:  We offer a competitive guaranteed base pay for the first year. Subsequent earnings are based on production and allocation of ancillary revenues. Expected future earnings to be shared as the interview process advances.
