The Senior Project Manager is responsible for a portfolio of projects geared towards new initiatives, and improving the patient care process and overall operations of Orthopedics, including projects focused on improvement of quality, provider and patient satisfaction, and efficiency. In this role, the Senior Project Manager will manage special projects assigned by the Departmental Chair to achieve departmental objectives, including analyzing data, developing proformas for new initiatives and ensuring program activities are completed in a high quality and timely manner, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines. The Senior Project Manager will act as an internal liaison for performance improvement programs, working with stakeholders to identify and support opportunities to improve organizational performance.
