Barrington Orthopedic Specialists was established in 1980 by founder Keith Schroeder, MD.  His philosophy, which holds true today, is to treat patients as you would want to be treated.  It all begins with listening to our patients and taking the time to perform a thorough evaluation to make an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

Barrington Orthopedic Specialists has 4 locations (Schaumburg, Bartlett, Buffalo Grove and Elk Grove Village) and offer additional in-house services which includes a Rehabilitation Department at all locations offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, work conditioning, functional capacity evaluations and fitness enhancement programs.  Our Schaumburg locations offers an Immediate Orthopedic Care, Ambulatory Surgery Center and MRI services.
