Lewiston Orthopaedics is looking for a fellowship-trained spine and foot/ankle orthopedic surgeons who also have an interest in general orthopaedics.  The current surgeons in the practice include the subspecialties of hand, foot/ankle, sports medicine, and spine.  The Lewis-Clark Valley draws patients from around the region and presents a strong need for additional surgeons in subspecialties.  General orthopaedic call would be shared with seven physicians and include coverage of two local hospitals which are considered Level 3 and 4 Trauma centers.  The position includes partnership opportunities in the group practice as well as buy-in to a well-established ambulatory surgery center.  


The communities of Lewiston, Idaho and Clarkston, Washington (the Lewis-Clark Valley) have an estimated population of 50,000 and offers great outdoors and recreational opportunities, a healthy economy and excellent schools. Located just 100 miles south of Spokane, Washington and 250 miles north of Boise, Idaho, the Lewis-Clark Valley offers hunting, fishing and unlimited recreational activities, with the advantages of a strong family-oriented community. There are two outstanding universities within 35 miles, as well as the Lewis - Clark State College and a community college in town. This area was recently listed nationally as one of the top six places in the nation to live. The 4 local golf courses offer year around play and several world class courses are within a two hour drive. Commute to work is an average of 8 to 10 minutes.
