The University of Florida Department of Orthopaedics is currently recruiting a full-time academic hand surgeon at the level of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor on non-tenure accruing track. Responsibilities will include primary patient care and teaching activities with opportunities for research participation within the Hand and Upper Extremity Division. The Hand and Upper Extremity Division consists of 5 fellowship trained hand surgeons and two fellowship trained shoulder and elbow surgeons. We have 4 Physician Assistants that work full time with the Division. The Division also educates two hand (upper extremity fellows) and one shoulder and elbow fellow annually. A Chief resident and Junior Resident are on service at all times.
