Orthopedic Surgery - Faculty Opportunity in Lafayette, LA
University Hospital & Clinics (UHC) has an excellent faculty opportunity for an Orthopedic Surgeon in South Louisiana. UHC is seeking a full-time, employed BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon for the LSU Orthopedic Residency Program. The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Licensed to practice medicine in Louisiana by date of hire
Highlights include:
Employment with University Hospital & Clinics, part of the Ochsner Lafayette General Health System
Academic Appointment at LSU School of Medicine, Lafayette, LA
Monday - Friday: Supervising 3rd year and 5th year residents in a clinic setting, as well as the Operating Room
Responsible to manage orthopedic service for UHC
