Foot & Ankle Surgeon-Associate Professor, CE Track Faculty

The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Associate Professor position in the non-tenure clinician educator track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgery. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Applicants must be Board Certified or Board Eligible. Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Surgery is required. Teaching responsibilities may include resident, medical school teaching, and fellowship education in Foot and Ankle Surgery. Clinical responsibilities may include a Foot and Ankle practice in the UPHS Health System Hospitals and may include on-call responsibilities. Research or scholarship responsibilities may include department-sponsored research projects. It is desirable for candidates to have experience in either relevant laboratory or clinical research. Evidence of scholarship and publications is required on the Clinician-Educator track. We seek candidates who embrace and reflect diversity in the broadest sense.
