Location: Skokie, IL
NorthShore University HealthSystem Medical Group, the principal teaching affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks an exceptional full-time Primary Care Sports Medicine physician to provide outstanding clinical care at our Orthopaedic Immediate Care site in Skokie, Illinois.
The successful candidate will treat urgent/acute Orthopaedic injuries as well as develop a continuity practice. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with referring providers, as well as having the opportunity to develop relationships with local schools and/or professional and recreational organizations. Candidates may, if interested, conduct some community outreach. The position requires work on evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
The ideal successful applicant will be board certified in Family Medicine by ABFM or AOBFP and will have completed fellowship training in Sports Medicine. Certification of Added Qualifications in Sports Medicine is preferred.
