Social/Clinical Research Specialist

This position is charged with oversight and management of all clinical research activities in the department. The position will assist PIs in the department in planning, execution and publication of research projects, providing project management for all human subjects’ research conducted by faculty and residents. This individual will be responsible for the strategic development of clinical research and will advise the Chair and the Department Research Committee on resource needs, policies and procedures, and project status. This position will act as a liaison with the university’s IRB and Clinical Trials Unit.
