Job Description

Baylor College of Medicine's Joseph Barnhart Department of Orthopedic Surgery and the BCM Faculty Group Practice (FGP) are seeking to hire a full-time, board-certified, fellowship trained foot and ankle surgeon at the academic rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. The anticipated start date is on or before July 1, 2020.     This position includes: •    An established Orthopedic Surgery Department and Foot and Ankle Surgery Division which are dedicated to professional growth and advancement of its faculty •    A dynamic patient-focused clinical practice that offers sub-specialty care in all areas of orthopedics and musculoskeletal service line integration •    A new specialty-focused patient care environment at the McNair Campus (opening Spring 2019) within the Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center •    Competitive base salary with guarantee and production bonus options •    Comprehensive benefits •    Occurrence-based malpractice coverage •    Physical therapy on-site •    Daily resident interaction and active participation in all aspects of the professional education of these and other learners
