Orthopedic Spine Surgeon (Orthopedic Surgery)
Practice Information
Fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon needed to join an existing practice within a multispecialty orthopedic group
This orthopedic spine surgeon is a part of a larger service line within Intermountain Healthcare that will allow for collaboration across the system
Multispecialty group with largest primary care referral base and two urgent care facilities within Cache Valley
Practice partner’s subspecialties include Spine, PMN&R, Sports Medicine, Foot and Ankle, Arthroplasty, Podiatry and Primary Care Sports Medicine; candidate is expected to collaborate with fellow spine surgeon
This surgeon will join one other spine surgeon, and will be hired to meet growing community demands
Clinic hours are held at Budge Clinic, which is attached to Logan Regional Hospital
Level 3 Trauma designation at Logan Regional Hospital
Hospital has 146 beds with a 14 bed ICU
Service area is 160K population encompassing Northern Utah, Southern Idaho and Wyoming

Requirements
Fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon
Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Spine Surgery
3+ years of spine surgery experience
Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
ACGME Residency graduate
