Indiana University Health Physicians is seeking an Orthopaedic Surgeon Hip and Knee Replacement to join our group at IU Health Saxony Hospital in Fishers, Indiana.
IU's department of Orthopaedics consists of 40 physicians, 30 advanced providers, and 150+ support staff, and is home to Indiana's only orthopaedic residency program.
Position Details:
Monday- Friday Clinic
30% Outpatient / 70% inpatient
Department Information:
Primary patient population is adult aged with arthritic hip and knee who have failed non operative treatment options
Be apart of the designated Hip and Knee Center in the north suburb region of the Indianapolis Metro area
Collaborative and comprehensive clinical and academic department
Opportunity to teach, mentor and train both residents and fellows. IU School of Medicine carries 2-3 joint replacement fellows
The department has completed the Joint Commission Survey for advanced hip and knee disease specific certification and recognition as top 10% of joint replacement programs in the country
Conditions treated will focus specifically on those that need surgical care.
Qualifications:
DO or MD
Fellowship trained in Hip and Knee Replacement
BE/BC in the United States
Ability to acquire Indiana medical license
Graduating fellows and experienced BC physicians are encouraged to apply
