Posting Overview:
The Emory Orthopedic PA and Acute Care NP Post Graduate Fellowship Program is currently accepting applications for the next Cohort. Emory Healthcare provides a structured and supportive post graduate training and education program for Advanced Practice Providers in Orthopedics.
JOB SUMMARY:
· The Orthopedic NP and PA Fellowship Program is a one-year program that prepares fellows to become highly skilled in the multidisciplinary, collaborative, and evidence-based management of complex and challenging patients in Orthopedics.
· The Fellowship's innovative curriculum covers the entire spectrum of the specialty area including joints, upper extremity, lower extremity, orthopedic oncology and spine. Fellows will have exposure to the care of Orthopedic patients with rotations that will allow them to cultivate specialized and thorough knowledge.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Completion of an accredited PA or NP Master's program prior to the start of the Fellowship program.
· National board certification as a PA or NP.
· Eligible for licensure as a PA or NP in Georgia.
· Eligible for DEA license.
· BLS, and Healthcare Provider certifications required.

• Statement of Intent: One-page, 12-point font, double-spaced statement describing career goals and reasons for pursuing the fellowship. Include future career plans and how they might be enhanced by additional training in the fellowship.
• Resume or Curriculum Vitae: educational background, professional experience, volunteer experience and other relevant information
• Two Letters of Recommendation
