Join our growing team today and unlock the opportunities Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with joint-related issues, including reviewing medical history, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRIs, or CT scans. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical conditions. Discuss treatment options with patients, including both surgical and non-surgical interventions, and educate them about the risks and benefits associated with each approach. Surgical Procedures: Perform total joint replacement surgeries using advanced surgical techniques and technologies. This includes pre-operative planning, intraoperative procedures, and post-operative care management. Collaborative Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients throughout the treatment continuum. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about the surgical process, rehabilitation protocols, expected outcomes, and potential complications associated with total joint replacement surgery. Provide guidance on post-operative care and lifestyle modifications to optimize recovery and long-term joint health. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction or Total Joint Replacement Surgery State medical license and DEA registration Excellent surgical skills and proficiency in total joint replacement procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Demonstrated dedication to professional growth and continuing education in the field of orthopedic surgery.
