The PM&R Section in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Stanford University School of Medicine seeks a physiatrist specializing in pediatric rehabilitation to join the Department in the Clinician Educator line (CE). The major criterion for appointment in the Clinician Educator line (CE) is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care and clinical teaching appropriate to fulfill. The position will involve pediatric rehabilitation care provided in the outpatient clinics, inpatient consults, and multispecialty clinics of the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital. Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Pediatric PM&R. Academic line/rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. We expect the successful candidate to provide inpatient consults and outpatient rehabilitation care for pediatric patients and teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students. The successful applicant should be eligible for a California Medical License.
The expected base pay range for this position is $220,000-$305,000.
This pay range reflects base pay, which is based on faculty experience. It does not include all components of the School of Medicine’s faculty compensation program or pay from participation in departmental incentive compensation programs.
