Qualifications Required Qualifications: This position is designed for a medical school graduate with an interest in pursuing an orthopaedic residency position or a career in academic medicine and clinical research with a particular interest in orthopaedic trauma.  An understanding of orthopaedic devices and fracture care is preferred along with a desire to learn to read and identify fracture patterns from radiographic images.  Experience with anatomical and /or surgical dissection techniques, with a strong understanding of anatomy, in particular musculoskeletal anatomy is desired.  In addition, the preferred candidate would have skills, experiences and a strong interest in developing and executing robust clinical and biomechanical study protocols, including statistical analysis and publication of scientific research results. About the Job Regions Orthopaedic Surgery Post-Doctoral Associate [9546] This position will manage and execute broad aspects of data collection and analysis including interfacing with other academic research institutions for purposes of multi-center prospective studies; conduct various radiographic analyses; organize and participate in the development of scientific manuscripts; and perform miscellaneous support of other ongoing projects for Dr. Peter A.
