Unique Opportunity for Sports Medicine Physician Interested in Community Service on Chicago's North Side
NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore) is seeking a BE/BC Sports Medicine Physician interested in community service for a unique opportunity to provide much needed specialty care for the underserved. The physician will spend time working in several Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC’s) on Chicago’s north side in conjunction with Swedish Hospital.
The ideal successful applicant will be board certified in Family Medicine by ABFM or AOBFP and will have completed fellowship training in Sports Medicine. Certification of Added Qualifications in Sports Medicine is preferred. Academic appointment to the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine may be awarded to qualified candidates commensurate with experience.
