Job Description

We are seeking a talented, self-motivated Bioinformatics Scientist with background in developing data processing pipelines and omics data analysis to support our collaborative research work conducted with numerous faculty in the Center of Regenerative Medicine and across Washington University. Experience in the application of genomics data analysis, as well as the development of bioinformatics pipelines to deal with the analyses and interpretation of large omics data is required. Experience in single cell omics data analysis and machine learning is preferred. This individual will apply computational techniques in analyzing large-scale genomics/epigenomic data, create data-driven models and data visualizations, write and prepare manuscripts and other materials for internal and external audiences, and assist in grant applications.
