Orthopaedic – Joint Surgeon Location: Lincolnshire and Glenbrook NorthShore University HealthSystem Medical Group, the principal teaching affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks a full-time Fellowship-trained, BE/BC Orthopedic Adult Reconstruction Joint Surgeon to provide outstanding clinical care at our Lincolnshire and Glenbrook locations. Candidates will be responsible for participating in the Adult Reconstruction Division academic activities and contribute to further developing the Department’s Research program. The candidate is responsible for developing relationships with the employed physician group as well as non-employed physicians to ensure a strong referring provider base. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Adult Reconstruction Division and the Department in enhancing its Academic program and further developing its Research program. The candidate will also be responsible for developing relationships with the employed physician group as well as non-employed physicians to ensure strong referring provider base. The position requires on-call/ER call participation at least once per month. Academic appointment to the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine may be awarded to qualified candidates commensurate with experience.
