Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin, is seeking a board-certified (or board eligible) Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing Orthopedic practice. We are seeking a candidate with experience in total hips and knees or sports medicine. The position is required to take general orthopedic call and will join an existing team of four orthopedic surgeons, three podiatrists, three non-operative Sports Medicine physicians, seven physician assistants and an expert team of nurses, athletic trainers and physical therapists.
The Medical Center in La Crosse is a level 3 trauma center with a 24/7 Hospitalist Service, 16-bed combined medical-surgical ICU/CCU and cardiac cath lab. Our facilities include state-of-the art OR suites, the latest robotic technology, and a full-range of diagnostic radiology and laboratory services on site. Orthopedics service communities in a 60 mile radius around La Crosse, WI. We are seeking candidates who are interested in offering virtual care or outreach to our surrounding communities.
License or certification
Candidates with and without fellowship sub-specialization will be considered. Board-certified/Board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery and eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
