The Specialty Manager of Orthopedics is responsible for the execution of practice operations at assigned BHMG locations throughout the community, including effective communications with physicians, patients and practice staff. Additionally, the Specialty Manager of Orthopedics is responsible for effective management of service-line financial performance and always maintains emphasis on Service Excellence. This position collaborates and consults with hospital management and BHMG management staff regarding a variety of legal, regulatory, human resources, financial and operational issues. This role understands the goal of quality medical care and reduction of related costs for our customers as paramount to this position.
